What to watch at Barbours Cut
Make sure you are looking at the right terminal before you dispatch. DwellZero checks both Houston terminals for every container, so a box at the other one is not missed.
How often we check
DwellZero checks each container several times a day on a schedule that follows where it is: more often while it is arriving and as the Last Free Day gets close, and less often once it is past its LFD or not yet known to the terminal. When something changes, you get an email right away, and a webhook if you have one set up. You also get a reminder two days before the LFD, the day before, and on the day.
Add the container in DwellZero with Barbours Cut as the terminal. DwellZero picks up the port LFD and the line LFD as soon as they are published and reminds you before the earlier one.
My delivery order says Bayport but the box is at Barbours Cut. What happens?
DwellZero checks both Houston terminals, so the container is found either way, with the LFD and holds from the terminal it is at.
When does DwellZero stop sending reminders?
As soon as the container has gated out of the terminal.
Stop checking terminals by hand.
