10 free containers every month, then one credit per container.
Credits are prepaid and used once, when a container starts tracking. Updates and alerts are included until it gates out, and a container that is never found gets its credit back.

What people usually ask.
How does pricing work?
Every account gets 10 free containers each calendar month. After that, each container uses one prepaid credit. Credits cost $2.00 each and get cheaper on bigger top-ups, down to $1.50 per container from 2,500 containers. There is no subscription and no platform fee.
When am I charged for a container?
Once, when the container starts tracking. Status checks, LFD updates and email alerts are included until it gates out. Adding the same container at the same terminal again in the same month is free.
What if a container is never found?
If a container never shows up at the terminal, for example because of a typo, its credit is returned automatically when you remove it or when tracking expires.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You cannot add new containers until you top up or your free containers reset on the 1st. Containers you already track keep updating, so you never lose visibility mid-LFD window.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. We email you 30 days before any credits expire, and the oldest credits are always used first.
What terminals do you support?
We cover port terminals and rail ramps across the US and Canada, including major ports like LA/Long Beach, Virginia, Charleston, and Seattle, plus Norfolk Southern and CSX rail yards.
